SGK would like to welcome Nathaniel J. Boring to the firm. Mr. Boring is a Senior Associate with the firm and a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Energy and Natural Resources practice groups. His practice focuses on zoning, land use, real estate development, and all aspects of local governance. Mr. Boring is a skilled advocate for real estate developers, leveraging his extensive background to effectively navigate complex laws and regulations while facilitating necessary approvals for land development projects. He also has extensive experience representing numerous municipalities and municipal authorities throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania.
