SGK welcomes the newest member to the firm, Michael Dutkovich. Mr. Dutkovich is a Senior Associate of the firm and a member of the firm’s Corporate, Estates and Trusts and Tax practice areas. He advises tax-exempt public charities, private foundations, religious organizations and for-profit businesses on corporate matters related to formation, governance and compliance. His practice includes counseling clients involved in mergers, dissolutions, asset purchases, contract negotiations and other transactions. Mr. Dutkovich also counsels clients on estate planning and administration and has experience representing clients in guardianship proceedings and other Orphans’ Court matters.
