(Spinex) in the sale of their solar foundations business to Nextracker Inc. The SGK team involved in the transaction included Mark O. Scioscia, Jeremy C. Brown and corporate paralegal Jackie Horwat. The transaction was completed through the sale of Spinex Systems Inc. and assets held by other SPI affiliates, including fixed assets, intellectual property and other intangible assets, and key talent from U.S., China, and Australia regions. SPI was established in 2017 as a supplier of innovative solar foundations and piling systems to utility-scale projects.
