SGK represented Care Career, Inc. in its recent acquisition of all of the membership interests of Source Medical Staffing, LLC. Source Medical Staffing, LLC is an Omaha, Nebraska-based healthcare staffing firm. Care Career, Inc. is a national healthcare staffing enterprise delivering innovative and cost-effective operational solutions to healthcare staffing firms. The acquisition is part of Care Career’s ongoing acquisition strategy, which includes the recent acquisition of Amare Medical Network, SGK’s long-time client. Its recent acquisitions, along with its existing operations, position the company at nearly $100 million in annual revenue. SGK is pleased to be working with Care Career on a number of acquisitions planned over the next few months to further grow the company.
