The acquisition marks Care Career’s seventh strategic acquisition in the past 24 months and represents another significant milestone in the company’s continued expansion of its national healthcare workforce platform. The transaction broadens Care Career’s geographic reach, strengthens its client relationships, and enhances its capabilities through the addition of the Maestra workforce management platform, MAS Medical’s proprietary technology platform.
The combined organization is focused on advancing a tech-driven healthcare workforce ecosystem that streamlines recruiting, credentialing, workforce management, clinician engagement, and operational efficiency for healthcare providers nationwide. Following the acquisition, Care Career expects a significant increase in its combined annual revenue and has announced plans for continued strategic growth through additional acquisitions and organic expansion.
