SGK represented Care Career Inc. in its recent acquisition of IDR Healthcare, LLC from staffing firm Internal Data Resources, Inc. The acquisition of IDR Healthcare, LLC marks Care Career’s sixth acquisition in the past 18 months. IDR Healthcare, LLC is an Alpharetta, Georgia-based company providing travel nursing and allied staffing services, as well as clinical and nonclinical search services for healthcare clients.
Care Career is a national healthcare staffing enterprise delivering innovative and cost-effective workforce solutions while expanding into adjacent service areas including education, therapy and post-acute care. The acquisition of IDR Healthcare, LLC adds to Care Career’s education staffing business, which focuses on providing schools with professionals such as school nurses, speech/language pathologists, occupational therapists and behavioral health technicians.
