Sherrard, German & Kelly, P.C. is proud to announce that it acted as counsel for its client, Bills Stadium and Events Company, LLC, in connection with financing for the construction of its new stadium in Orchard Park, NY, which will serve as the new home of the Buffalo Bills. Bank financing was provided by Bank of America, N.A., BofA Securities, Inc., KeyBank, N.A., and Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company. Additional financing under the NFL’s G-4 program was obtained from NFL Ventures, L.P. Participating in these financing transactions on behalf of SGK, were David J. Lowe, Jeremy C. Brown and corporate paralegal, Jackie Horwat. The new Bills stadium is expected to open for the 2026-27 NFL season.
