Dollar Bank recently announced that will be relocating its headquarters to the newly-renovated office building located at 20 Stanwix Street in downtown Pittsburgh. Dollar Bank will be leasing space on the first floor of the building, as well as floors 17-20, and will have private access to indoor and outdoor rooftop amenity areas.
SGK represented M&J Wilkow and DRA Advisors – the owners of 20 Stanwix Street – in the lease negotiations.
