Sherrard, German & Kelly, P.C. Shareholder and Director Richard W. Kelly, Jr., has been appointed a Hearing Committee member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. His term of appointment is for three years, beginning July 1st in District VI. The Committee is responsible for hearing cases and reviewing files concerning attorneys in its District.
As a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Construction, and Estates and Trusts practice areas, Mr. Kelly has over 30 years of experience in civil, commercial, real estate, and construction litigation. He has represented individuals and companies in state and federal courts and arbitration and mediation forums.
Mr. Kelly has also lectured on real estate and construction law for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and was formerly appointed a member of the Pennsylvania Joint State Government Commission Advisory Committee on Real Property Law.
