Mr. Lynch is an Associate and a member of the firm’s Corporate, Estates and Trusts and Tax practice areas.

Mr. Lynch practices in the areas of tax, corporate law and estate planning. His practice includes counseling incorporated and unincorporated entities on various matters including entity formation, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, liquidations and reorganizations, with a focus on tax issues. Mr. Lynch’s estates and trusts practice includes estate and trust planning and administration and related tax and business issues.
