Robert B. Brown, Jr.
Mr. Brown is a Shareholder and Director of the firm, and is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Services Group. Mr. Brown’s practice is concentrated in all aspects of real estate law, including commercial and residential real estate purchases and sales, real estate finance, commercial leasing, zoning and land use, assessment appeals and real estate-related litigation.
In addition, Mr. Brown counsels clients in the acquisition, sale and formation of their businesses, and in the planning and administration of their personal estates.
