Paul David Burke
Mr. Burke is a Shareholder and Director of the firm and is a member of the firm’s Energy and Natural Resources, Corporate and Financial Services Groups. Mr. Burke has lengthy and broad experience representing individuals and entities involved in the energy sector including oil and gas and coal enterprises. In that regard, he has provided legal services related to leases, title and curative matters as well as transactional aspects such as farmouts, asset sales and joint development agreements. His practice also includes the areas of mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, employment contracts, finance, creditor’s rights and real estate. Additionally, he has provided counsel for the broad array of matters faced by enterprises including contract dispute/resolution, general business, collection and financial matters.
