Mr. Altman is a member of the firm's Corporate Services, Financial Services and Real Estate Groups. He concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, real estate law, securities law and general corporate matters. Mr. Altman has represented buyers and sellers in stock- and asset-based acquisitions, dispositions and mergers, lenders and borrowers in financing transactions, and buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in various real estate transactions.

- Represented mezzanine lender in connection with a subordinated debt and equity investment to support a private equity fund's add-on acquisition of a leading global plastics compounding company.
- Represented a national bank in connection with its provision of financing to effectuate the borrower's acquisition of a competitor.
