Mr. Davis is a member of the firm's Litigation Services Group. His practice includes general civil and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court. Mr. Davis has participated in numerous civil arbitration hearings, has handled several workers' compensation cases, in which he has represented both employers and employees, and has defended clients in various criminal matters. Mr. Davis has also tried cases before panels of the American Arbitration Association, including employment-related cases involving claims for wrongful termination and breach of contract. Through his practice, Mr. Davis is well-versed in representing and counseling both plaintiffs and defendants in numerous types of disputes and forums.

Selected Engagements
- Represented former Chief Executive Officer of local company in connection with a wrongful termination claim against former employer before the American Arbitration Association, resulting in a substantial award by the panel in favor of the client and an award of attorneys' fees.
- Represented large, international document destruction company as local counsel on discrimination claims brought by former employees against the company in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, resulting in an award of summary judgment in favor of the employer.
- Represented former principals of a company on various claims brought against them by the company in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, resulting in a favorable settlement and complete resolution of all claims.
